- Leaves hairless, not shiny.
- Flowers vary in color from creamy yellow to red to deep gold.
- Flowers in spring to summer and has a yeasty odour.
- Grows in a wide range of soil types, from sea-level to 2000m.
- A very variable species.
- Can also be grown in pots.
- Easy to grow and adaptable
- Sow in autumn
