Belongs to group of leucadendrons known as The Sunshine Conebushes

This species grows to 2.6m forming a stout shrub with dark green leaves with red tips and ivory-white or silvery-yellow flowers
Flowering occurs in spring and large cones are produced
This plant prefers damp, rocky places.
It is a rare species.
Sow seeds in autumn.
It is hardy to USDA Zone 8.
It's a wonderful specimen for any fynbos garden
